Are you passionate about organizing impactful events? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy traveling? Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Events logistics Coordinator to join their team, overseeing Various types of events across the UK and Europe.

This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per year, with additional bonuses based on performance. Starting January 2024


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing the logístical requirements for various types of events across UK and Europe, ensuring seamless execution and highquality experiences for customers.
  • Travelling to various locations within Europe to oversee event setup, dismantle, and operations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to plan, organize, and execute events according to client specifications.
  • Managing event logistics and various modes of transportation such as road, air and sea freight.
  • Overseeing onsite event activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure various logístical requirements for both event organisers and exhibitors run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and vendors to guarantee satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Europe and work irregular hours, including weekends, as per event requirements.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.
  • The ability to speak German would be advantageous but not essential.
