Description
We have a vacancy for aReceptionist/Administrator based at the Maxim Eurocentral offices.
Admin Duties & Reception:
- Incoming Calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring security of staff by signing them in and out
- Dealing with general phone/mail queries
- Processing subcontractor new start forms, ensuring all relevant documentation is provided and up to date
- General filing
- Internal database management, managing expiration of certification
- Management of ingoing and outgoing mail/deliveries
- Arranging travel & accommodation for staff
- Maintaining a required level of office supplies anticipation work requirements (stationary, cleaning products, toner etc)
- Weekly grocery order
- Supporting staff (photocopying, scanning etc)
- Assisting site managers with admin task (O&M's, printing drawings)
- Assist PA with organising/ booking events
- Creating Job Files templates for new jobs
- Ensuring tasks are carried out in accordance with the company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, and reporting issues as they arise.

- Car essential to carry out postal and banking duties
Salary:
£18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
