Description
The role of this post is to provide finance and data focused support to the business.The postholder will be responsible for liaising directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure good financial management and credit control.
FinanceProcessing, checking and coding non-PO supplier invoices received, raising queries with the relevant parties for resolution.
Check and code staff timesheets.
Reconcile patient card payments received against patient invoices in the PMS.
Record staff additional hours and expenses for approval.
Collate receipts and log relevant budget codes against usage of company credit cards.
Manage Contractor queries regarding submission and payment of invoices and credit.
Assist with provision of sales/activity data for the Finance Team to generate sales invoices for distribution via Shared Business Services.
Liaise with Commissioners to answer queries relating to sales invoices, backing data and support the resolution of any blocks to payment.
Data and Performance Analysis
Assist with production of reports, data submissions and audits to share with the management team and a variety of different stakeholders.
Assist with the development of finance and data related processes to improve efficiency.
Ensure data is up-to-date and collated and stored in an appropriate manner.
Work alongside management to identify areas where audits and reports could support service improvement.
Work with dashboards to monitor compliance with KPIs.

General Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with others and demonstrate effective communication, both written and verbal with colleagues, patients and other stakeholder at all levels.
Compliance with standard processes/procedures.
Contribute to service development through constructive contribution at team meetings etc.
Establish effective relationships with external contacts and partnership agencies and ensuring the business is represented as an outstanding organisation.
Any other tasks as required that are commensurate with the role as delegated by Management.
