An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accounts Assistant.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and well organised individual to support one of the Management Accounts teams with the day to day functions of the department, including responding to financial queries, processing month end accruals and prepayments and analysis of budgets.

This post is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, based in Poole with a mix of office and home working. Flexible working patterns always considered.

Working within a team of Management Accountants and Assistants to provide robust monthly management accounting and reporting processes.

Assist in the preparation and provision of financial advice and support to Trust budget managers and their staff.


To provide timely, accurate and relevant financial advice, support and information to budget managers, including support to the Assistant/Management Accountant to service the needs of Operational Directors (ODs), Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

To ensure that appropriate financial controls are in place and maintained to deliver the financial duties and objectives of the Trust
