Credit Controller

Lisburn (Hybrid)

£28,000-£30,000
Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with an established, reputable group business within the FMCG sector.

Our client has a new vacancy for an experienced Credit Controller to join the company on a full time, permanent basis.


Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, your role will involve:

  • Ensuring failed DD's are collected in a timely manner.
  • Arranging collection of assets.
  • Collating weekly reports to be presented to Credit Control Manager.
  • Liaising with third party debt recovery agencies to pursue legal action when necessary.
  • Responsible for contacting allocated debtor accounts through multiple channels to ensure that these accounts are maintained and debt is kept to a minimum.
  • Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.

Experience required:


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working within credit control.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of establishing and maintaining excellent relations with customers.
  • Time management and organisation.
  • Competent with Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Remuneration:


  • Marketing leading salary £28,000£30,000.
  • Bonus structure.
  • Hybrid working.
  • Onsite parking.
