Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with an established, reputable group business within the FMCG sector.

Our client has a new vacancy for an experienced Credit Controller to join the company on a full time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, your role will involve:

Ensuring failed DD's are collected in a timely manner.
Arranging collection of assets.
Collating weekly reports to be presented to Credit Control Manager.
Liaising with third party debt recovery agencies to pursue legal action when necessary.
Responsible for contacting allocated debtor accounts through multiple channels to ensure that these accounts are maintained and debt is kept to a minimum.
Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.

Experience required:

Minimum of 3 years' experience working within credit control.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Capable of establishing and maintaining excellent relations with customers.
Time management and organisation.
Competent with Excel.
Meticulous attention to detail.

Remuneration:

Marketing leading salary £28,000£30,000.
Bonus structure.
Hybrid working.
Onsite parking.
