The ideal Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter:

You will have some recruitment experience
we are a team of seasoned recruiters, with "on the job" recruitment expertise ranging from 8 months to 30 years
You will be a curious, outgoing, people person we all love speaking to people, learning about them and helping them achieve their career goals
You will be a team player we enjoy and celebrate our team wins as much as any individual success
You will be target focused we don't drive a hard target culture, but to be successful in this role you will be the type of person that enjoys striving for and hitting targets
You will want to learn, develop and grow with us recruitment is a constantly evolving career and we want to stay at the forefront by investing in our team and the latest tech
