Description

To support the Administration and Field Team by providing accurate and timely support, ensuring records are kept in line with Standard Operating Practices and maintain excellent and prompt customer services to our field team at all times.

Scope of Role:

Processing incoming and outgoing post
Maintain general office stationary supplies
Processing weekly and monthly audits
Quote and booking travel arrangements for island bookings
Taking inbound calls from Inspectors/Drivers, dealing with queries on Inspections and Collections, this would include aborts, checking contact numbers and addresses etc
Processing Breakdowns for Field Team
Contact the leasing companies with queries on inspections
Change end destination / hub vehicles for the inspectors
Processing of all appraisals queries through the appraisal management system
Checking variants/engine sizes on back office / tech inspect handheld for the inspectors
Appraisal Queries
Liaising with Transport and Scheduling to reallocate job / Transport ETA's
Assist with general administration duties within Operations Support Team to ensure the collections and deliveries of vehicles are within customer specified SLA's

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

Strong customer service skills and telephone manner
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Excellent administration skills
Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly
Able follow instructions and work using your own initiative
Good geographical knowledge
