Team Leader - Company Commercial

Salary - Up to £150,000 all DOE

Akton Resourcing are recruiting for a Team Leader to lead a Commercial Team for a London based Law Firm in Holborn.


The firm is building a bank of consultants to deal with the bulk of its company commercial work - key areas covered are set out below:

  • The team leader is responsible for the profit centre for company commercial and will be paid a bonus based on profits.
  • The team leader assists with scoping and quoting.
  • Reports to the managing partner.

PRACTICE AREAS

  • Running transactions ranging from deal sizes which can extend from £1 million to £30 million typically.
  • Drafting corporate documentation for matters such as MBOs, demergers and reorganisations.
  • Shareholder and investment agreements.
  • Commercial aspects of share and asset sale agreements including warranties and indemnities.
  • Commercial contracts.

ROLE:


  • Full time with flexible working to suit needs of the business.
  • Working with new clients, scoping and pricing the jobs, delivery of the service.
  • Actively seek new sources of work and contribute to business development.
  • Contribute to the auditing and compliance functions within the team.
