Young Adult Home Tutor required - based in Lambeth

Classroom Teachers Ltd are proud to be working closely with a number of organisations in South East London to supply home tutors to students aged between 16-19yrs old that, for a variety of reasons, are not currently attending school.

We are currently looking to recruit 1/2 tutors to work up to 15hours a week with students. You are able to take on 2 students a day making it 30hrs per week. The positions are to start ASAP on an on-going basis.

Hours are generally set each day (tutor and parent/guardian decide this), and depending on the student the hours can be between 2-3hrs each day.

SEN Home Tutor
Lambeth/South East London based

- £26.66ph - £33.63ph

Starting ASAP
Longterm contract
Teaching young adults up to 19yrs old with SEN on 1:1 basis at home. Parent/Guardian are always present
Providing a stimulating & enjoyable learning environment
Providing 1:1 sessions teaching English, Maths and Science if applicable.
Half termly report writing

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Qualified Teacher
Previous SEN experience or advanced understanding of SEN
You must be passionate, enthusiastic and caring towards young adults
Able to engage students in their own homes
Able to communicate with parents/guardians
Able to inspiring young adults
