Sustainability Consultant/BREEAM Assessor - Cardiff - Salary circa £39,000 DOE

About the company:

This vibrant Sustainability-specific Consultancy are looking for an experienced BREEAM Assessor to join their team in Cardiff to help with their workload.

They offer a range of sustainability services including Passivehaus, Life Cycle Assessments, WELL BuildingStandards, and Energy Performance Certificates.

They have over 15 years' experience completing BREEAM Assessments across all sectors, and they are currently working on a lot of residential, industrial, education, offices, and hotels.

As a smaller company, they prioritise the wellbeing of their staff and provide an honest and high-quality service to all of their clients.

They are a close-knit team of sustainability experts who will support you in your role and have a 'sky's the limit' approachto progression.

You will be completing BREEAM and LEED Assessments for a range of projects across the UK.
This consultancy offer hybrid working with 2/3 days per week working from home.

What are they looking for?

Around 2/3 years'+ experience completing BREEAM Assessments.
Good understanding of Microsoft Office and BREEAM sheets.
Someone who can crack on straight away with the projects given to them.
Relevant degree e.g. Architectural Engineering, Sustainability, or Environmental specific.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Outgoing, motivated and team player attitude.
Passion for sustainability.
