Description

We are seeking a confident, proactive and engaging Channel Operations Manager to come and work for a fast paced, dynamic and global technology business.

Working collaboratively with a small team you will be a key contributor to ensure operational processesare adhered to and solutions are being given to the wider business to run more efficiently.

As the Channel Operations Manager you will become a 'matter expert' and trusted advisor to the wider business and external partners with any channel related activity.

The role

You will be liaising and influencing stakeholders from across the business as well as external stakeholders from channel partners.
Lead and deliver a multitude of projects whilst working with various different departments across the business and externally
Coach and train teams on new processes and any systems changes to ensure all departments are aligned
Analyse and generate reports to highlight any issues and make valid recommendations for improvement
Identify any channel process improvements

You will

Be forward thinking and not afraid to challenge the status quo
Have the ability to analyse and find suitable solutions whilst collaborating with the team
Have a natural ability to deliver presentations and engage with stakeholders across various levels of seniority
Be commercially aware with a strong business acumen
Ideally have previous channel sales experience
Be used to and not afraid of ambiguity
