About you:

We are looking for an experienced, hard working Service Improvement Officer who has proven experience within the care sector and a track record of improving both the quality of service provided and regulatory ratings.

You'll be well respected and seen as an ambassador for improvements.

Responsibilities:

Review risks, providing intervention and reporting (i.e. Special Measures)
Supporting of monitoring trends and inbedding lessons learned
Branch training on standardised approaches to compliance (i.e. diary/ events management/ JARVIS/ DCP/ complaints etc)
As directed by QBP provide branch specific/ peripatetic operational support
Awareness of new features and as directed, ensure branches imbed new products (following rollout)

Background and Experience:

Previous experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager
RQF Level 35 within Health & Social Care
Expectation of travelling and overnight stays
Registered with the SSSC (Scotland applicants), we'll help you do this
Registered with the SCW (Wales applicants), we'll help you do this
Car driver with full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
