About you:


We are looking for an experienced, hard working Service Improvement Officer who has proven experience within the care sector and a track record of improving both the quality of service provided and regulatory ratings.

You'll be well respected and seen as an ambassador for improvements.


Responsibilities:


  • Review risks, providing intervention and reporting (i.e. Special Measures)
  • Supporting of monitoring trends and inbedding lessons learned
  • Branch training on standardised approaches to compliance (i.e. diary/ events management/ JARVIS/ DCP/ complaints etc)
  • As directed by QBP provide branch specific/ peripatetic operational support
  • Awareness of new features and as directed, ensure branches imbed new products (following rollout)

Background and Experience:


  • Previous experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager
  • RQF Level 35 within Health & Social Care
  • Expectation of travelling and overnight stays
  • Registered with the SSSC (Scotland applicants), we'll help you do this
  • Registered with the SCW (Wales applicants), we'll help you do this
  • Car driver with full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
