Description

A role has arisen within the newly formed Air and Ocean Product team for someone to support with Network Pricing and Tenders for the UK.

The role will be predominately centred around Air Freight in the early stages, air freight pricing experience is necessary,however the role will evolve, and training will be given for Ocean Pricing and Tenders.

Working as part of the Product team, the Product Co-Ordinator is responsible for the daily support network and Product Managers to ensure customer's demands are met Covering, but not limited to, forwarding activity, quotations, billing queries and reporting
- delivered to the highest standard in a speedy/responsive timeframe. Responsible for managing commercial rates submitted by Sales, Operations, Network and Customer Service quotations.

Provide special pricing & ad hoc rates to overseas partners/offices and regional teams
Quote all non MSR/Standard spot shipments
Sales Lead registration and distribution to BDM's and Sales Coordinators
Reporting Quote Statistics (success ratio)
Transition won shipment information to Branch Sales Coordinators & operations
Maintain the internal network pricing reference website information & rates, liaison with Business Support
Create and maintain pricing tools (spreadsheets, calculators, databases)
Inform pricing updates to relevant support teams
Corrective Actions identify & implement changes in process to improve overall company performance
