    HR Advisor

    Preston is the base location for this role.

    You will also be covering Manchester, Liverpool, Kendal, Lancaster, along with our Scottish region, including Edinburgh and Aberdeen.

At MHA, you'll work alongside passionate professionals who care about making a difference your role in Human Resources will be far more than policies and procedures; it's about creating an inspiring workplace culture, fostering individual growth, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive meaningful, lasting impact across our team.

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • To be CIPD Level 5 qualified.
    • To have Experience of being in a generalist HR role.
    • To have Employee Relation experience required.

    In this role, you will work closely with managers to provide generalist HR support across the full employee experience, including working with our trainees on their development pathways. You'll also work closely with the Regional HR Manager to implement the people plan for the region and the firm's HR strategy.

    Our HR team are an integral part of recruiting, retaining, and rewarding our employees, throughout their career journey.

    You will be working as a part of a large and experienced team, so lots of opportunity to learn, expand your knowledge and work on new and exciting things
