    Regional Operations Manager - North West

    A competitive salary from 60,000 per annum, plus a 7.5k car allowance, is offered for this role.

    We are seeking a passionate and guest-obsessed Regional Operations Manager to oversee an area of pubs in the North West, including Lancashire, Greater Manchester, and Macclesfield.

    This position reports to a Regional Operations Manager within our North Division and involves full P&L responsibility, focusing on driving sales, guest satisfaction, and achieving key KPIs—both financial and people-related.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and grow a network of Self-Employed Pub Partners, enabling them to reach their full potential and increase sales.
    • Maintain a strong commercial acumen, maximizing profit opportunities and supporting team growth.
    • Add value in meetings, manage time effectively, and seize opportunities.
    • Demonstrate pace and urgency, network effectively for recruitment, and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
    • Deliver excellent guest experiences through high standards of service.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Finance, Recruitment, and HR.
    • Participate in working groups for wider development and project involvement.

    Desired Qualities and Experience:

    • Enthusiasm for hospitality, service, and multi-site management.
    • Passion for people, pubs, and the industry.
    • Ability to instill a sales culture across pubs.
    • Proven track record of delivering high standards and service.
    • Natural leadership to nurture and motivate teams.
    • Ability to recognize and reward success, inspiring and challenging where needed.
    • Strong P&L management skills and commercial awareness.
