Payroll & HR Advisor - Banbury, United Kingdom - Prospect Personnel
Description
Support the day to day HR operations of the business, such as recruitment, training, policies and procedures, benefits etc along with managing the payroll HR processes by collecting, entering, maintaining and sending to the payroll bureau for calculation.
This role will be 30% payroll, 50% HR Advisor and 20% HR project workYou will need
- CIPD Level 3 (min) preferred
- Demonstrated track record of HR experience
- Understanding of Payroll legislation including WTR and AWR.
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- SAP Knowledge inc SAP HR an advantage

£30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
