    Our client, a renowned Pension Consultancy, seeks an accomplished Senior Administrator to join their Defined Benefit team due to a number of New Business wins.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing the day-to-day workload of the team and assisting the Administration Manager in ensuring smooth operations.


    • Ensure an effective pension administration service is provided to all clients.
    • Complete client work within agreed SLAs and deadlines.
    • Handle complex pension tasks such as calculations and scheme project work.
    • Act as a point of contact for a portfolio of clients, trustees, and senior scheme members.
    • Manage annual projects including renewals, benefit statements, and pension increases.
    • Provide guidance and advice to less experienced colleagues.
    • Contribute to process and procedural changes.

    Applicants should possess extensive knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes with the ability to perform complex calculations, including leavers, retirements, deaths, and transfers in and out.

    A minimum of 3+ years of technical experience from a Third Party or In-House background, combined with strong numeracy, communication, and organisational skills are essential.
