Role & Responsibilities

Take a senior role in a small HR team
Lead a number of key deliverables, such as Recruitment, ER, Employment Law etc.
Become a champion of their culture and vision
HR Subject Matter Expert
Strive for excellence through continuous improvement and creative ideas

Skills & Requirements

HR Generalist
Experience as a people leader
Well maintained working knowledge of HR practices (e.g. Employment Law, Wellbeing etc)
Ambitious and Assertive
