We have the pleasure of working with a well known family business local to Ipswich who are looking for a logistics Co-ordinator.

Order processing and confirmation.

Liaise with Customers, Customs and Hauliers ensuring all documents are received within the designated time frame.

Liaising with the Transport department in terms of scheduling and transport compliance.

Completing Export customs clearance and Annex VII to ensure loads can be shipped

Manage the export process from start to finish, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key customers


Resolving service-related queries and invoice/charge queries on behalf of the customer with the support of the finance and sales team.

Carry out various administrative tasks, including preparing and handling all relevant documentation

Updating customer details on our CRM system

Establish and develop good working relationships with all stakeholders, including Customers, Drivers, Transport Manager, the Sales team, and third-party contractors
