Full & Part time Positions Available

Basic salary £22,000 rising to £30,000 with commission (OTE) - perfect for a motivated 'people person' who is a self-starter


Active Nation are on the hunt for a new
Membership Sales Advisor to join our high-performing Southampton team and generate and convert leads for membership sales.

We're looking for passionate, driven individuals who can enthuse and engage with our _supporters_ (customers) creating a positive experience of our venue.

Reporting to the Sales & Retention Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Increasing membership sales within our gyms, swimming pools and leisure centres
  • Generate, following up and convert leads and prospects into members
  • Plan and delivering outreach work in the community
  • Giving excellent supporter service in a professional manner, which encourages repeat visits


We need you to be here when we're busiest, so you'll need to work a variety of early shifts, late shifts and weekends to fulfil the part-time commitment of full-time
40 hours per week.

Therefore, flexibility to be able to access the venue and work on a rotational shift pattern is key.
