'''Duties'''- Process warranty claims and ensure accurate and timely submission
- Maintain warranty records and documentation
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding warranty issues
- Assist in resolving warranty disputes or discrepancies
- Coordinate with service technicians to gather necessary information for warranty claims
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the warranty department as needed
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Experience with data entry and record keeping
