Description
Precision Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Trades Person to carry out snagging works in the Oldham area.


Duties:


  • Working on a new build housing scheme
  • Basic snagging, defects & finishing work
  • Basic Painting (Touching Up), Silicone Sealing No Joinery
  • Adhering to Health & Safety

About you:


  • Right to Work in the UK
  • CSCS Card or Certificate
  • Previous experience working on a new build housing
  • Multiskilled Trades Person
  • Have own transport and tools
  • Enthusiastic and MUST be able to use initiative when unsupervised
  • Working references ideally from a similar job

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 10 weeks


Salary:
£18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- painting: 3 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS (required)
  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • N (required)
