An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our North Yorkshire Region within Field Operations, located at our Scarborough office.

As a dedicated Works Co-ordinator you will be an integral part of achieving this, while always striving to keep our customers power flowing.

This is a key role within our Regional Operations team for a Works Co-ordinator to deliver a mix of low and high voltage, overhead and underground predominantly fault repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective management and delivery of allocated Lv and Hv projects to time cost, quality and safety standards
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on progress and status of allocated projects
  • Updating and working with key IT systems
  • Prioritize workload & effective decision making in demanding situations.
  • Interface with Customers as well as internal and external resources to develop and deliver projects
  • Electrical Operational role and responsibilities, setting staff to work to under safe systems of work

Qualifications and Attributes

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • ONC (level 3) in an Electrical Engineering discipline
  • Experience and knowledge of operational electrical practices on low voltage power distribution systems
  • UK full driving licence

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • HNC in Electrical Engineering
  • NRASWA Qualification
  • Distribution Network Operator Operational Codes on the LV / system.
