We sell our contracted services to Facilities Managers and Catering Professionals. Our customers include companies with staff restaurants, universities, colleges and schools, hospitals and general commercial catering outlets.


The Job


An opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to join a busy and fast growing deep cleaning company in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove.

The role would be best suited to someone who has experience of working in a customer service-oriented role.


Duties Include:
Telephoning customers regarding work dates

Written communication to customers

Customer reports

Job sign-off paperwork

Stock Control

Producing schematic drawings

Filing

Other ad hoc duties

Salary
Negotiable, based on experience.


Hours
9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
