Picton West is recruiting for a Property Manager to join our clients business in the New Forest.

The Property Manager will carry out a 360 role to include:

  • Dealing with maintenance and contractors
  • Legalities
  • Being first point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Deposits
  • Arranging inspections
The successful Property Manager will have a solid background in Property Management, and have excellent customer service skills.


The package on offer for the Property Manager is circa £30k, a 5 day working week, free parking and the option to occasionally work from home.
