NG9, Bramcote

£19,000 - £23,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 08:30am-05:00pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 2pm

Are you passionate about property and eager to kickstart your career in the industry? We're looking for a dedicated Property Inspector to join our team and take charge of routine inspections for our managed lettings properties.

If you have a keen eye for detail, impeccable organizational skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of our lettings portfolio to ensure properties are wellmaintained.
Communicate effectively with landlords regarding property conditions and coordinate any necessary maintenance work.
Prepare detailed inventories before new tenants move in and conduct thorough checkout inspections after they vacate.
Provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their properties meet our high standards for occupancy.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a role that required strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Possession of a valid UK driver's license.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Customerfocused mindset with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
