Housing Disrepair - Fee Earner - Liverpool - Up to £35,000 salary - REF 533544CF

The Role

This is a superb opportunity to join a leading Top 200 UK law firm specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims.

Due to the development and continued growth of the firm's Housing Disrepair department, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Fee Earner to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.

The role involves managing your own case load of both pre and post-litigated cases housing disrepair claims from instruction through to settlement.

You will be dealing with complex cases small claims, fast and multitrack cases.

A Fee Earner with previous housing disrepair experience
Excellent knowledge of the CPR and Housing Conditions case law
Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
Excellent organisation and timemanagement skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
