Description
To assist the Registered Manager in all aspects of care delivery
To maintain accurate records in line with Care home policies and procedures.
Produce accurate care staff rotas and ensuring all shifts covered
Accurately and appropriately match care staff to service users
Investigate and resolve complaints from the care homes
To assist in the getting contracts from clients
To assist in the recruitment of care staff
Become competent in all areas of office management
Growing and expanding existing services
Communicating and liaising with all stakeholders and professional partners
Assist with out-of-hours On-call duties at evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
