Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Fabrication and development on bespoke steel fabrications in a heavy engineering environment.
Using varying workshop tools, plant and machinery.
Working from engineering drawings & specifications.
Expert level of building parts/assemblies to engineering drawings.
Adherence to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed:

Confident plater or fabricator
Ideally apprentice trained or relevant qualifications
Confident Fabricator
Time served Fabricator
Experience operating fabrication machinery
Must have worked within a heavy steel industry
Confident working from engineering drawings from scratch.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 7.00am to 4.00pm Friday 7.00am to 12.00pm

Rate of Pay £ Overtime Rate £ Overtime currently available 1 hour before work, 1 hour per day after work hours & occasional Saturday's as and when required.
