We're looking for a Multi-Tradesperson to join our Empty Homes team in North Hampshire. Based out of Basingstoke, you'll be working around our North Hampshire and surrounding areas. This is a full time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week.

Here's the facts about the role:
As a multi trade, you'll carry out a variety of repairs to our properties. This'll include carpentry, plumbing, decorating and other varied skilled tasks.

You'll use your specialist skills, expertise and initiative to carry out your job to a high standard. You'll attend all jobs as arranged with the customer, making sure jobs are completed 'right first time'.


You'll be qualified to City & Guilds NVQ level 2 in one or more trades (we'll also take your experience into consideration).

You also need to have a full current driving licence to drive a company van.

If you're competent to tile, paint, carry out basic plumbing and plaster walls (to name a few) then we'd love to hear from you.

  • Working at heights
  • Manual handling and lifting heavy and bulky items
  • A high degree of mobility, which will include walking/lifting/loading and unloading vehicles
