ShortList Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an Senior Operations Analyst to join market-leading business based in Chester. The Senior Operations Analyst are looking for someone who can join and share their vision for technical innovation.

Reporting to the Lead Operations Analyst, this Senior analytical position will suit an autonomous individual with experience taking insight and transforming this into positive actions across the business.

Responsibilities:

Perform deepdives to deliver insights & recommendations for the operations function.
Drive standards and quality of work.
Support the team in prioritising work.
Work with stakeholders to construct models which provide data solutions.
Produce dashboards based on analysis.
Generating complex reports on request from senior stakeholders.
Identify new ways of looking at problems within the business using data.

The Senior Operations Analyst will receive £40,000 + great benefits.

This role is based in Chester and is easily commutable from Liverpool, Wirral, Crewe, Ellesmere Port, Wrexham and North Wales.
