Test Lead / £50,000 - £60,000 / Hybrid role (Manchester x2 per week)

Xpertise Recruitment have partnered with an industry leading, household name business, to assist with the continued growth of their Software testing teams.

Our client has recently had a Test Lead position come available, which is a perfect role for existing Seniors / Leads looking to move into a solely leadership position, stepping away from day-to-day hands-on testing and instead ensuring successful softwaredelivery from a higher level.

This is a people focussed role, focussing on the coordination of testers, building of communities of practice, formulation of strategies at a project level, and management of multiple work streams.

This is a fast-paced working environment, with a very high output Daily releases are the norm. Commitment, communication, building and maintaining key relationships and having a positive outlook are all key traits to success within this role

Ideally you will have:

Previous experience as a Test Lead

Experience leading large and diverse testing teams on different projects.

Experience of testing large scale websites with regular feature updates.

Good knowledge of the SDLC

Good communication skills, to technical and non-technical stakeholders

A natural ability to multi-task and shift focus regularly.

Ability to think clearly and work well in a pressurised environment

Proven experience of working with daily releases and high output of development work.

Ability to react well to changing requirements with a positive attitude.

Commitment to quality and thorough approach to work
