We are working in partnership with
Claire House Children's Hospice, whohelps seriously and terminally ill children live life to the full, by creating wonderful experiences and by bringing back a sense of normality to family life.
With the upcoming retirement of the current postholder, they are seeking a new
Executive Assistantto provide dedicated executive support to the Chief Executive, Board of Trustees, Director of Clinical Services, and the other Executive Directors of Claire House.
This includes day-to-day diary management, arranging, planning& coordinating meetings, typing reports & correspondence, taking minutes, and the preparation of agendas.
The postholder will be contributing to effective and efficient Governance, which specifically includes coordinating and assisting with the administrativeneeds of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Leadership Team.
Line-management of care services administration postholders is also expected.- Executive Secretary's Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience of providing administration support at Director or Senior Manager level.
- Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive data and information.
- Experience of managing a small team.
- Experience of minute taking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 36
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as SharePoint.
We are looking for an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who has a thorough understanding of confidentiality, and who is trustworthy, approachable, able to prioritise and plan workload, multi-task and who has an eye for detail.
