Douglas Scott are working with a highly regarded boutique law firm based in the heart of Manchester city centre, seeking a Corporate Associate (1-3 Years PQE) to join their very successful and dynamic Corporate team, renowned for their established and long-trusted client base.

You would have the opportunity to work directly with the experienced and technical Partners on key and high-value transactional work, providing you with unrivalled exposure and responsibilities early on in your legal career.

The key responsibilities of the role will include advising clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and joint ventures.

The varied Corporate work will allow you to become a more commercially astute solicitor, helping you gain a very valuable skill set as a Corporate lawyer.
