Are you experienced in Customer Service, Planning and Scheduling in the property or construction sector? Looking for a new role in a growing company who can offer you plenty of chance to progress in your career? Then this role might be for you.


TSR are recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator for our client, a well-established, industry leading Housebuilder who have had a position arise in their after sales team.


As a Customer Care Coordinator you will:

  • Be the first point of customer contact to log and report property defects
  • Prepare and provide defects reports
  • Liaise regularly with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure remedial works have been carried out
  • Manage the diary of the inhouse technicians
  • Ordering materials
  • Coordinating works
  • Processing invoices for supplier payments
  • Keeping the inhouse database up to date
In return you will receive a salary of up to £28,000 based on experience amongst other benefits.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,500.00 per hour
