TSR are recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator for our client, a well-established, industry leading Housebuilder who have had a position arise in their after sales team.
As a Customer Care Coordinator you will:
- Be the first point of customer contact to log and report property defects
- Prepare and provide defects reports
- Liaise regularly with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure remedial works have been carried out
- Manage the diary of the inhouse technicians
- Ordering materials
- Coordinating works
- Processing invoices for supplier payments
- Keeping the inhouse database up to date
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,500.00 per hour
