We are looking to appoint highly motivated Nursing Associates who have a passion for delivering safe, high quality care to patients in the community setting.

We currently have vacancies at the following

District Nursing Teams:
Network - Homestead/Outwood/Stanley, Network - Central Wakefield and Network - Ossett.


Our District Nursing teams consist of an established team of qualified district nurses, senior nurses, staff nurses and healthcare assistants work autonomously to provide a range of highly skilled care needs to patients predominantly in their own homes.
