Emzo Marketing are a small customer focused team with big aspirations.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality property marketing service to all our customers, eradicating unprofessional marketing material from the industry.

We are after that special someone to come and join our friendly team as a photographer/videographer, floor planner, energy assessor, Matterport 3D Showcase operator primarily working in Emsworth and surrounding areas.

• Fri with full time, part time or freelancer contracts.

If you are an experienced property photographer, energy assessor and floor planner with at least 5 years' experience in all elements of the job, looking to continue their career but with a company that values a healthy work-life balance, you might like to continue reading.

If you have less than 5 years' experience, then salary will be negotiable.

All applicants that do not have the relevant above experience MUST have a minimum of 5 years PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHY experience.

The healthy 30k salary is topped up monthly by our bonus pay. The bonus is a percentage profit you as an individual, make for the company. We expect experienced employees to complete 5 excellent jobs a day (more if you like a challenge). Your OTE would be in the region of £35,000.

With regular team social meet ups and a more relaxed vibe, we anticipate you wont regret moving over to our company.

We are pushing regular meet ups to help progress our team in all areas of the business with photography outings and EPC CPD days along with regular social meet ups.

We appreciate the job can be stressful, to help alleviate the stress, we have now brought in an admin staff member who will book everyone's diaries in for them, so you can truly concentrate on the job in hand and what you do best - i.e.

undergoing 5 great jobs per day.

We pay mileage and provide employees with all the necessary kit to perform your duties, ie. tablet, phone, camera, lighting etc.

We will not be taking on anyone who does not have the specified and relevant experience and qualifications as detailed above.
