Our client, a leading nursery, is looking for a
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team. They are committed to providing the highest standards of care and education for children. You will ensure exceptional care and education for children while upholding the nursery's quality standards.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain highquality practices, environment, and resources to meet Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.
  • Accurately maintain planning and assessment for key children.
  • Take on the role of key person as required.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and lead activities.
  • Ensure equality and safety for all children, parents, staff, and visitors.
  • Report safeguarding concerns to the designated officer.
  • Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
  • Develop professional relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers.
  • Follow health and safety policies and maintain cleanliness throughout the nursery.
  • Work as part of a team to uphold the company's values.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Paediatric First Aid and Basic Safeguarding certification.
  • Thorough knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage and inspection framework.
  • Understanding of child safeguarding, welfare, health, and safety.
  • Positive and creative approach to inspire children's learning.
