Looking for someone with seasoned ER experience and has a proven track record of conducting formal investigations in line with Code of Conduction violations.

This position will investigate and manage complex compliance cases raised by an employee/manager. Therefore close alignment with the HR advisory team as well as the compliance team will be needed. Out of this position we make sure to take compliance as an important requirement of the company and handle cases with high level of competence, quality and sensitivity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional compliance initiatives and investigations, managing employee grievances as escalated through the company's Ethics hotline
Handling in-depth investigations, including witness interviews and other support for legal claims
Driving cross-functional teams on moderate HR legal and ethics program projects to make teams more efficient and create delightful experiences for our customers
Maintain compliance with local and regional regulations concerning employment and provide support to the HR team and leadership
Establishing process rigor and procedures that support HR legal requirements, including frequent monitoring and updating of the Employee Handbook and any other policies, forms are fully compliant
Identifying and creating more efficiencies, scalability and consistency through the use of technology and other tools
Navigating tensions between legal requirements and business outcomes while maintaining positive relationships
Receiving and giving feedback and coaching as needed across boundaries and functions
Creating dashboards and other metrics
Sharing and tracking trends in our work to actively solve issues before they become problems
Train HR community
Cooperation with Legal Compliance & Ethics team

Bachelor degree
Requirements of special knowledge/skills
Deep knowledge of HR legal concepts, terminology and principles including wage and hour and leave laws for example
Demonstrated experience working with complex data and metrics for reporting or influencing change, assessing damages or overseeing complex litigation
Strong interpersonal skills to get meaningful answers in interviews/investigation.
Well-developed project management skills, including preparing project plans and key achievement measurements.
