Job Overview:
Wynda are a family run Aluminium Window, Door and Curtain wall Fabricator based in Whitstable, Kent. With a focus on commercial projects in both new-build and refurbishment.

Duties:

Review project specifications and blueprints to understand project requirements
Conduct cost analysis by gathering and analyzing data on labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
Prepare accurate estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate estimation of project costs
Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings during the estimation process
Maintain documentation of all estimates and related information
Monitor project progress and update estimates as necessary

Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data effectively
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate estimation of project costs
Proficiency in cost control techniques to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings
Knowledge of construction industry practices, materials, and methods
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
Strong communication skills
Benificial if you have experience using estimating software and tools

Pay:
£22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
