Grounds & Maintanenece Team


We are currently looking for an experienced Grounds Team Member to join our small team at Woodhall Country Park reporting directly to the General Manager.


Duties will include a range of tasks consisting of general grounds and maintenance repairs to our large park rental fleet.


Summary of Main Duties
The is a varied role with key responsibilities being but not limited to:

  • Preventative maintenance and basic repairs within park grounds.
  • Basic Plumbing, ability to externally plumb and water test holiday Lodges
  • Completion of planned maintenance and site projects including slab laying, fencing & basic joinery.
  • Grounds maintenance to include grass and hedge cutting, strimming and general gardening.
  • Plant driving experience would be ideal but not a necessity as training can be provided.
  • Ensuring all work undertaken is completed and appropriately recorded on the management system.

Essential Requirements

  • High level of interpersonal skills and good communication
  • Experience in groundwork
  • Be selfmotivated with a positive attitude
  • A practical personality with the ability to work both as a team player and on their own initiative
  • The ability to carry out basic repairs on Holiday Lodges
  • A full clean driving license
Working days be 5 days per week including some weekend work. Hours range from 9am-5pm or 12pm-8pm. Out of hours on call duties also part of the position.

Salary:
Up to £24,000.00 per year
