Energy Assessor - Fixed Term Contact - May 2024

At Age UK Leicester Shire & Rutland we are supporting older people with a new project that helps individuals become more energy efficient, looking at how to reduce energy consumption whilst maintaining their wellbeing through affordable warmth.


This is an excellent opportunity to help make a difference to people's lives, especially with the increase in fuel and energy costs.


You will require:

  • Level 3 Award in Energy Awareness (or commitment to enrol on a course) paid by the organisation.
  • Full UK driving licence with business insurance
  • Good maths skills
  • Having a patient & kind approach to your clients, providing clear and accurate energy advice
  • Time management
  • Logical approach with good IT skills
  • Personable with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use your initiative if faced with challenging issues
  • Work within professional boundaries
  • Organised & flexible

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract


Salary:
£17,482.50 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
