My client is a leading housing association who is looking for an interim Service Charge Officer on a 3-month temporary basis, with a strong opportunity to go permanent.


The main responsibilities of the Service Charge Officer are:

  • Reconciliation of service charge accounts.
  • Budget setting for reoccurring residents.
  • Ensure that rent charges are correct for each tenure type and estimate service charge budgets.


This is a great opportunity for someone to showcase their skills, hit the ground running and make an impact within an already successful team.


My client is looking for:


  • A minimum of two years' experience in service charge within any sector.
  • Excellent communication ability and strong excel skills.
  • A strong motivated individual that wants to make a real impact.


My client can offer flexible working for the whole duration of the contract, fully remote working for the whole duration of the contract.

There is also a potential to get extended or go permanent, and an opportunity to progress and develop within a verysuccessful organisation.
