Team Educate is proud to represent schools across Birmingham who are looking to appoint Exam Invigilators to work on a temporary basis across the exam season.
As an Exam Invigilaltor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of exams and assessments.
It is therefore essential that you are reliable, conscientous and punctual. This is a paid position that would be an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexible work in school settings.Responsiblities of the successful Exam Invigilator:
- Ensure that regulations for examination proceedings are followed rigorously.
- Distribution of exam materials in a secure manner.
- Monitor those undertaking examination to ensure a secure and controlled environment.
- Maintain a calm and quiet environment by effectively managing disruptions in a professional manner.
- Ensure confidentiality of exam materials and student information.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks related to the examination process, as required by your line managers and supervisors.
Requirements for this role:
- Previous experience of working in a professional environment, or within a school setting.
- Previous experience of working in a similar role is highly desirable.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Child and Adult Workforce that is registered with the Update Service.
- The ability to follow instructions in an orderly and timely manner.
- Reliability and punctuality, as well as the ability to be flexible with working hours which will typically take place throughout the school day (08:30 15:30), but may fall on either the morning or the evening.

- If you have a friend who may be interested in joining us? We offer £75 for every Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant referral and £150 for every Supply Teacher referral (terms and conditions apply)._
