McCarthy Stone are looking for a Care Supervisor to join us at our prestigious Thackrah Court, Leeds


Hourly rate:
£13.56 per day time shift hour, and £11.25 per night time shift hour (Plus up to £1.00 per hour extra for working weekends between 8.45 and 21.30)


Hours:
33.5 hours per week (Day and evening shifts)

Our day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.

Our night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am

Our Care Managers sleep between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.

About the Role of a Care Supervisor
We are seeking a professional Care Supervisor to exemplify the high-quality customer standards that we are renowned for.

Our Care Supervisor will be

  • You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and selfmotivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
  • Live within easy commuting distance of our estate.
  • Keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
  • Able to coordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.
  • Driven to continue to grow their skills and will want to lead by example and think on their feet.
  • Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
