Teaching Assistant


Responsibilities:


  • Work with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities
  • Assist in the assessment and tracking of student progress
  • Provide oneonone or small group support to students who need additional help
  • Create and maintain a positive and safe learning environment for students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the success of all students

Requirements:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and needs
  • Work or personal experience supporting children or vulnerable adults
  • A positive and proactive approach to work
  • Able to build quick rapport with children and staff
  • Relevant qualifications in education or child care (Ideal but not essential)
