Demand on our services has created an opportunity for a Manager - Early Talent to join the Sydney office working within the Talent Engagement team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager -Talent Engagement this hands on role will be responsible for managing the national summer clerk and graduate programme for Norton Rose Fulbright Australia.
The Role
- Oversee the national summer clerk and graduate programme including developing and enhancing the current programme
- Manage the recruitment process for the annual summer clerk campaign including interviewing, events, offers and on boarding
- Build and maintain relationships with students, university representatives, internal and external clients and attend campus events
- Manage rotations, performance and remuneration reviews for all graduates within the Graduate Programme
- Work with L&D to develop and implement training programmes for clerks and graduates
- Oversee and mentor the Clerkship and Graduate contacts in Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane
Skills and Experience Required
- A minimum of 5 years in a comparable position gained within a law or professional services firm
- The ability to manage multiple different stakeholders and deliver key outcomes
- A strong understanding summer clerk and graduate programmes
- Experience building brand awareness and managing talent campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to be very hands on with managing all aspects of the program including at an administrative level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent
