OTE £45,000

Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17:00

We are hiring for a Sales Account Manager that is experienced in developing relationships with new and existing clients.

Our client is a leading construction contractor working in multiple disciplines within the sector and you will be tasked with growingan existing portfolio of clients across the construction industry.

Duties of a Sales Account Manager

In this role, you will be working in the (name team) to (insert one business goal).

Reporting to the (manager)/managing the team of x people, you will be responsible for:

Managing a portfolio of clients across the new build and construction industry.
Develop relationships with existing clients to develop further work and work closely with the business development department when bringing new clients on board.
Providing an exceptional level of customer service to both clients and customers and having the ability to upsell where required.
The schedule works on our internal CRM system and manages projects from start to finish maximising the project margins to ensure service level agreements are met.
Attend service reviews and meetings with clients to develop relationships to forecast upandcoming work.
Overviewing costs and invoicing works for your clients and liaising with the operations departments.
Data entry of new works and keeping the CRM up to date

Skills and experience of aSales Account Manager

As a sales Account Manager, you need to have experience with;

Previous background in sales account management any industry sector is welcome but it would be advantageous to have a construction background.
Drive and be ambitious to hit goals.
Ability to come up with new ideas and suggestions to improve to process.
Team player and enjoys being involved with a team.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn daily.
