The role involves:_

Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone / video call.
Pitching the relevant search solution to remedy your client's requirement.
Managing the interview process; scheduling, feedback, debriefing.

Make no mistake, this will be the ultimate challenge, we are looking for grafters who want rapid success and subsequent progression.

This will involve longer hours than a '9-5' and you must be resilient If you struggle with rejection, then this is NOT the role for you.
