£43,439 - £51,104

About The Role

  • Be responsible for the provision of technical and business support to ensure individuals comply with policy and work procedures and achieve company standards of service throughout all activities.
  • Develop an effective and highly motivated workforce, delivering yearonyear cost efficiencies and improvements in productivity and resource utilisation whilst maintaining worldclass operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for the implementation of technical and procedural best practice.
  • Be responsible for authorisation and completion of Permits, NROs, ROs and Forms of Authority in accordance with Cadent Safe Control of Operations Procedures.
  • Be responsible for the supervision and analysis of field trials within the network and completion of relevant documentation e.g. GL23. / ASV 1 assessor.
  • Be responsible for issuing and documentation of adhoc equipment/training and relevant materials.
  • Be responsible for assisting Customer Operations Area Managers and Supervisors with the preparation of upcoming Operations work.
  • Be responsible for undertaking project management when required i.e. MOB 40/ TO /43/Sub Deduct/ Core & Vac.

What You'll Bring

Qualifications

  • Analytical or Engineering Degree or equivalent is desirable but not essential if appropriate business experience and skills can be demonstrated.
  • Valid current UK driving licence

Practical Experience

  • Experience of managing teams directly and influencing across virtual teams.
  • Strong understanding of HSE regulations relevant to role.
  • Good knowledge of policies and procedures.
  • Good understanding of Safe Control of Operations procedures.
  • Good understanding of NRSWA/TMA.Experience in analysis and reporting.
  • Strong monitoring and evaluation skills.
